Description
Neudorf Nelson Sauvignon Blanc comes off vineyards on the Waimea Plains. Twenty percent is barrel fermented to try to get some more texture into the wine. Always a touch green, the 2017 is no exception, showing hints of green bean that come dangerously close to asparagus, but then it balances those with currant and pink grapefruit notes.
