Description

This appellation is situated on the west bank of the Northern Rh ne and produces full-bodied whites from Marsanne (95%) and Roussanne. Part of the production comes from the famous estates of Grippat and Vallouit. Some of the wine is aged in used oak but a significant proportion in stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness and fruit character.
